The new Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ayubkhon Yunusov presented a copy of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Abdullah Ali Al Yahya.

The current state and prospects for close bilateral cooperation were discussed.

At the meeting, the importance of deepening the partnership between Uzbekistan and Kuwait in the socio-economic, political, scientific, educational, and cultural spheres, increasing the volume of mutual trade, and implementing investment projects was emphasized.

The parties also reviewed the schedule of the upcoming joint events for the current year.
