The Tenth Scientific and Practical Conference of the RATS SCO and the Second CIS Conference on Combating Terrorism and Extremism opened in Tashkent.
As part of the event, members of representative delegations of foreign states and international organizations laid flowers at the Independence Monument.
It has become a tradition for high-ranking guests and official foreign delegations to lay flowers at this monument during their visit to Uzbekistan.
