Prospects for cooperation with Kuwait’s security agencies discussed

KUWAIT CITY, December 24. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ayubkhon Yunusov held a meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Internal Affairs of Kuwait Sheikh Fahd Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for cooperation between the interior ministries of both countries, the implementation of joint projects, and mechanisms for their realization. The talks also covered areas of collaboration in combating terrorism, extremism, and drug trafficking.

As a result of the meeting, both parties agreed to review proposals on all discussed topics.

The meeting received extensive coverage in Kuwaiti media, including reports by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) and newspapers such as Kuwait Times, Al-Anba, and Al-Jarida.
