Prime Minister of Slovakia arrives in Uzbekistan

The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, and other officials welcomed the distinguished guest at Tashkent International Airport.
The main events of the visit will take place on June 9. During the high-level talks, issues related to the further development of multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Slovakia will be discussed.
Special emphasis will be placed on expanding partnerships in priority sectors, including trade, investment, innovation, agriculture, industry, energy, and tourism. Cooperation in the organized labor migration, as well as cultural, humanitarian, and educational exchanges, will also be discussed. Additionally, views on international issues will be exchanged, including mutual support within multilateral forums.
Following the meeting between the two countries’ leaders, the signing of documents to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Slovakia is expected.
As part of his visit program, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, will also participate in the 4th Tashkent International Investment Forum.
