The President of Uzbekistan will pay an official visit to China from August 30 to September 3

According to the press service of the head of our state, the leader of Uzbekistan will participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the summit in the "SCO Plus" format, which will be held in Tianjin on August 31 - September 1.

The agenda of the events includes urgent aspects of expanding multilateral cooperation in priority areas and further improving the organization's activities. It is planned to adopt the Tianjin Declaration, joint documents and decisions aimed at developing and strengthening partnership in security, the digital economy, the "green" industry, energy, tourism and other areas.

On September 2, the head of our state will hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, as well as meetings with Chinese officials and heads of leading companies. Issues of further strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China and expanding practical cooperation will be considered.

On September 3, the President of Uzbekistan will participate in solemn events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II.
