Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter of gratitude to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev

The letter noted the historical significance of this visit, which gave a strong impetus to strengthening the strategic partnership and alliance between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The Kazakh President also highly appreciated the organization of the VII Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, which was held in Tashkent. According to him, substantive discussions on all areas of regional cooperation, important decisions and documents adopted, as well as the accession of Azerbaijan as a full-fledged participant, gave the forum the status of an event of strategic importance.
