On October 16th of this year, a business forum dedicated to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kuwait took place in Tashkent.
During the event, Akram Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, emphasized the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation with Kuwaiti companies, noting successful projects in the fields of healthcare, agriculture, and tourism.
Throughout the speeches and presentations, opportunities for developing bilateral cooperation between our countries in key sectors such as mining, energy, healthcare, agriculture, textiles, and logistics were considered.
Initiatives were voiced to engage the investment opportunities created in the country, including the participation of Kuwaiti business in the privatization program of more than 1000 state companies and the improvement of logistical infrastructure with the goal of transforming Central Asia into a global trading hub.
